Leveraging value, innovative approaches, effective communication, and resiliency are just some of the topics being presented at the 2023 California Higher Education Collaborative (CHEC) Conference being held November 28 - December 1, 2023. This conference, with a theme of New Opportunities – Common Challenges, convenes administrative leaders and professionals from the three segments of California public higher education, to encourage the exchange of ideas and practices, which can improve administrative performance, service, and outcomes.

This year we have an exciting program ready with three pre-conference workshops, two Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt trainings, 24 breakout sessions, an amazing awards presentation honoring the Focus on Efficiency winners and the 2023 Leader of Change, and a final day with a post-conference workshop and a UC Sustainability Staff Retreat. Please note that some of the workshops and meetings are by invitation only.
