Fees for in-person and virtual conferences
$115 per person 

$140 per person as of August 16, 2024

Registration for the in-person conference at Cal State LA is available on first come first serve basis. Registrations are limited in number due to venue space constraints. Walk-ins will not be accepted. 

Credit cards are the only form of payment allowed. Checks and purchase orders are not acceptable.  Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. 
Registrants employed by the California State University will be required to make payment via Interagency Financial Transactions (IFT). 

Conference information
Registered attendees will receive an email confirmation with additional conference details specific to the date and location selected.  Please ensure your email is set to receive emails from @calstate.edu.

PowerPoint presentations from the conferences will be posted on the Past Conferences website following the conclusion of all the conferences.  

*Printed or promotional materials distributed at in-person conferences will not be available to virtual attendees. If you would like college material for your College/Career Centers, please plan to attend the CSU College Nights as those events are open to the general public.

Photo Release

I grant permission to the CSU, its employees and agents, to take and use visual/audio images of me. Visual/audio images are any type of recording, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, drawings, renderings, voices, sounds, video recordings, audio clips or accompanying written descriptions. The CSU will not materially alter the original images. I agree that the CSU owns the images and all rights related to them. The images may be used in any manner or media without notifying me, such as university- sponsored websites, publications, promotions, broadcasts, advertisements, posters and theater slides, as well as for non-university uses. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or any printed or electronic matter that may be used with them, or to be compensated for them. I release the CSU, its employees and agents, including any firm authorized to publish, broadcast and/or distribute a finished product containing the images, from any claims, damages or liability which I may ever have in connection with the taking or use of the images or printed material used with the images. I am at least 18 years of age and competent to sign this release. I have read this release before signing, I understand its contents, meaning and impact, and I freely accept the terms.

IFT Chartfield

All CSU Campus and Chancellor's Office employees must use an Interagency Financial Transaction (IFT) to pay for registration. An IFT is the required method for moving money between campuses and the Chancellor's Office. 

To accomplish this, please input your chartfield string here and select 'IFT' as your payment method upon checkout. The chartfield string is a series of codes separated by dashes. They are Fund-Department-Program-Project-Class. However, only the Fund and Department codes are required - the rest are optional based on your department's funding requirements. If you don't know your chartfield string, please contact your department.

Once this event has concluded, the Chancellor's Office Accounting Office will process the IFT and send notification of the transfer to your campus.

Terms and Conditions
IFT is the only form of payment allowed for CSU campuses using state funds. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable to another conference date or location. IFTs will be processed regardless of registrant attendance. Conference registration operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of registrations is limited due to space constraints at the venue. Walk-ins will not be accommodated. By registering for the conference, you grant California State University permission to automatically sign you up for our monthly counselor updates.

CSU Chancellor's Office and Campus Employee Payment

To complete your registration, please choose IFT as your payment method and click Submit.

Once this event has concluded, the Chancellor's Office Accounting department will process the IFT and send notification of the transfer to your campus.
