Graduate School Fair Registration

The Graduate School Fair offers an exceptional opportunity to engage with hundreds of motivated undergraduate and master’s-level students from across California. By registering for a table, your institution will take part in one of the most focused and high-impact graduate recruitment events in the country.

Each recruiter table includes:

  • 1 recruiter table
  • 2 recruiter registrations
    • Note: 2 additional recruiter registrations can be added ($25 per additional registration) 
  • Lunch
  • 2 hours set aside exclusively for the graduate recruiter fair
  • Early access to students through conference app (Guidebook)
  • Contact list of student attendees

A 2.5% non-refundable processing fee will be included for credit card payments.

Recruiter Registrations

A maximum of four recruiters can be registered with each Graduate School Fair registration. The first two recruiters are included in the Graduate School Fair registration fee. Two additional recruiter registrations can be purchased for $25 each. All recruiter registrations include full access to the Diversity Forum. Names and contact details of all recruiters will be collected through a different registration process.

California Pre-Doctoral Program Dinner and Networking Reception

The California Pre-Doctoral Program will present the 2025-26 Sally Casanova Scholars to graduate school recruiters at the California Forum for Diversity in Graduate Education. This year, we have selected 85 scholars from across the California State University, including 10 specifically from the health professions, that are active in research and are interested in pursuing doctoral education.

 

Recruiters are invited to attend an exclusive dinner and networking reception with Sally Casanova Scholars from the California Pre-Doctoral Program at 5:30pm on Friday, October 17, 2025 at the El Capitan Hotel. Meet and recruit these scholars to your graduate programs!  This event is free for recruiters, but space is limited.

RSVPs will be collected in September.
