By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms.
Cancellation Terms
Payment in full for the conference must be received by credit card before attending this event. The conference is open to higher education event professionals and event sponsors; non-sponsor vendors may not attend. Name substitutions may be made until June 26. Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by June 5. Registrants who cancel between June 5 and June 26 will be charged a $200 cancellation fee. Registrants who do not attend or who cancel after June 26 are liable for the entire registration fee, including cancellations for medical, business, or family reasons. Please note: Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
Code of Conduct
The CSU+UC Event Professionals Network Conference is a professional gathering. All participants are expected to treat fellow attendees, speakers, partners, and staff with courtesy and respect at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. If concerns arise, conference staff may take appropriate action.
Privacy And Disclosure of Information Policy
By purchasing a CSU+UC Event Professionals Network event registration or sponsorship, you understand that we share and/or disclose limited categories of personal information, including name, organization's name, professional title, address, telephone number, and email address to CSU+UC Event Professionals Network Conference Sponsors and CSU+UC Event Professionals Network colleagues. If an individual would like to unsubscribe from any of CSU+UC Event Professional Network's services or be removed from any conference or network mailing lists, an email should be sent to csuepn@gmail.com. Please include the name and email address of the individual and the desired change in status in the body of the message.
Permission To Receive SMS Communications
The conference will use an SMS-based chatbot to share important reminders and notifications with attendees' mobile numbers. Attendees can also message the chatbot to learn about the conference through pre-programmed prompts. I agree to receive texts from the chatbot and the CSU+UC Event Profesisonals Network team at the mobile number provided. Message and data rates may apply.
Permission To Use Audio/Visual Images
By participating in the CSU-UC Event Profesisonals Network Conference, you acknowledge and agree to grant the CSU+UC Event Professionals Network the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you.
