During this roundtable, the members of the CSU Women in IT book circle will discuss the themes covered in Sheryl Sandberg’s book Lean In. We will start by sharing what lessons we learned from this book and how we applied them into our lives. Participants in this roundtable will have deeper conversation around the topic of "Leaning in - how to give and get help in our leadership journeys by creating or being part of formal and informal support circles". Participants will also have the opportunity to brainstorm and create new affinity circles that could help the CSU Tech community come up with new ideas and solutions to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace. This session is open to everyone.
