General FAQs

Q:   Will the conference be virtual or in-person?

A:   This year's conference will be 100% virtual and hosted through the EventsAIR portal. Additional information will be emailed to registrants.


Q: What is the Virtual Business Conference about?

A: The primary goal of the CSU Business Conference is to share updates, best practices, targeted professional development, and advise of upcoming changes to the financial systems of the California State University (CSU) system.


Q: Who is your primary target audience for the conference’s attendance?

A: Our audience is financial processors and decision-makers across all CSU campuses specifically Accounting, Accounts Payable, Auditing, Budget, Procurement, Property & Asset Management, and Student Financials


Q: What browsers can I use to stream or Present the conference?

A: EventsAIR works best with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge


Sponsorship FAQs

Q:   Can Business Partners access the sessions?

A:   Some sponsorship levels allow for sponsors to submit a 30- or 60-second video to be played in key sessions. Business Partners cannot attend sessions.


Q: Will sponsors be provided a list of CSU attendees?

A: All Business Partners who have paid in full by Friday, April 11th will be provided a CSU attendee contact list that includes Name, Title, Department, and Email.


Q:   What is the deadline to complete sponsorship registration and payment

A: The conference begins Monday, April 14th. Registration and payment are due Friday, April 11th. Please remember to include your logo and organization description.


Q: What are my payment options?

A: We accept debit and credit cards as well as paper checks. Card payments accepted here.


Q:  Where do I send paper checks to pay my invoice? (Business Partners only)

A:   Checks should be made payable to:

Q:   How much is CSU Attendee Registration?

A:   Registration for CSU Attendees in 2025 is free.


Q:   Will the sessions be recorded?

A:   Yes! We will make the recordings available and advise all registrants once they are available.


Q:   How do I access the sessions?

A:   The entire event is accessed via the EventsAIR portal here.


Q:   What do I do if I run into issues accessing sessions?

A:   EventsAir has a Commonly Asked Questions document that you may find helpful. It is accessible here.
