AVP of Financial Services, Fresno State

 John has been part of the CSU team for 22 years working both at CSU Long Beach and Fresno State.  He began his career in public accounting working  for 7 years at KPMG, Kenneth Leventhal and Ernst &Young and leaving as an audit manager.  

 After a brief time working in the building products manufacturing industry, John took a consulting position with CSULB ultimately working in all aspects of Finance there.  Eventually he took a position first as the Manager of Student Account Services and then as Director of Student Financial Services before moving on to Fresno State.  

 John has been a presenter at several conferences including AFP (Association of Financial Professionals) and FOA among others.  He has a passion for process improvement and is constantly looking for ways to better serve our students and create efficiencies.

 John has his California CPA License and is a graduate of CSULB with a double major in Accounting and Finance. 

Associate Vice President for Financial Services, CSU Sacramento

Gina Curry has worked for CSU, Sacramento for over 27 years. She has worked as a Financial Advisor, Cashiering/Disbursement Manager, University Bursar & Director of the Student Financial Services Center (Bursar’s Office) and now as AVP for Financial Services. She co-created the Financial Literacy program at CSU, Sacramento, serving all current and prospective students. She has presented Student Financials information at national, regional and CSU conferences. She was also a member of the NACUBO Student Financial Council from 2013 – 2016, serving one year as chair. Gina frequently presents on a variety of topics at NACUBO, WACUBO and at the CSU Business Conference.  She is also a trained facilitator, and assists the campus Organizational Leadership and Development department on campus with leadership training.

Gina graduated with a BS in Business Administration, Marketing and an MBA; both from CSU, Sacramento.

Associate Vice President for Financial Services, CSU Chico

Stacie Corona has worked for CSU, Chico for over 27 years. She worked for the campus Foundation for 12 years and has worked as Budget Director and AVP for Financial Services for over 15 years. Stacie has been an active member of FOA serving in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Treasurer for the last 3 years.

Stacie graduated with a BS in Business Administration with option in Accounting from CSU, Chico and is a Certified Public Accountant. She actively supports her sister CSU campuses, participating in trainings and serving on CSU system-wide committees. Stacie has been managing all costs and funding related to campus emergencies, COVID19 and Higher Education Emergency Relief (HEERF) funding.

Associate Vice President for Financial Services, Cal State East Bay

 Maureen has served the CSU system for 12 years, initially as an Internal Auditor with the Chancellor’s Office.  She’s currently serving as the Associate Vice President for Financial Services at Cal State East Bay for the past four years.  Prior to joining East Bay, Maureen was Associate Vice President of Fiscal Affairs at San Francisco State University.  She started her career as an Auditor for the Department of Finance with the State of California, performing various audits of sizable state agencies.  She has over 20 years of progressive experience in both public and private sectors serving in accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and auditing roles.    

As an immigrant and first-generation CSU college graduate, she is passionate about the CSU mission and helping our CSU students succeed in their academic goals.

Maureen is a CPA and received her BS in Accounting from CSU, Northridge.  She’s currently pursuing her Masters in Public Administration at Cal State East Bay.
