Q: Will the conference be streaming live events for those not attending in-person?
A: This year's conference will not be streaming any events, but submitted presentations will be available for attendees.
Q: What will be the COVID-19 and social distancing protocols?
A: COVID-19 safety protocols will be posted and communicated as the conference nears.
Q: Can I register for the conference at a daily rate?
A: Attendees can only register for the entire conference at $650 per person.

Q: What is the refund/cancellation policy?

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you understand that you are registering to attend the 2022 CSU Business Conference and all fees associated with your participation at the event are payable in full. You may register on behalf of others; however, you are deemed to be liable for all associated fees for all event participants you register. CSU Attendees will be charged via CPO for all registrations not cancelled 14 days prior to the start date of the event.
Business Partners agree that 100% of fees paid are refundable if notice of cancellation is received by 60 days prior (Friday, February 18, 2022) to the start date of the event. If notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior (Tuesday, April 5, 2022) to the start date of the event, the CSU will reimburse 50% of the fees paid. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the event. All notices of cancellation must be received via email sent to csu-business-conf@calstate.edu. In the event the CSU cancels the conference due to COVID-19 related issues, your registration payment will be rolled forward to the 2023 CSU Business Conference.
